Hello eveybody..........
My name is Laurel (after Stan Laurel - can you believe that?) and I am a 13 year old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
Dad says I am a very special dog which is why he has written a book about me called
LAUREL -EVERYONE'S BEST FRIEND.
All the profits from the book are going to Staffie rescue centres and a couple of local animal sanctuaries. Some of my Staffie friends really do need help as they are not as lucky as me. That's what Dad reckons anyway.
I haven't been too well of late and Dad has been very upset - I am now getting even more spoilt than before. I think my Dad needs his cuddles as much as I do, so we snuggle up together all the time now.
